Director of Finance

BJ McElroy joined McClaren Partners in 2007. In his role at McClaren Partners, BJ is responsible for facilitating relationships with investment partners, performing due diligence on potential investments, structuring deals, and overseeing the consolidation accounting of all McClaren Partners’ entities. Within McClaren Sports, he provides financial evaluation, financial guidance, and asset management for represented clients. Prior to joining, BJ worked in Transaction Services at KPMG. His responsibilities included performing financial due diligence on behalf of private equity firms and strategic corporations in the energy, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. While at KPMG, BJ assisted in a financial statement carve-out and form 10 filing for a multi-billion natural gas company. He earned his BBA and MS from Texas A&M University. BJ is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
